What Melon is doing to keep you safe.
1. No walk-ins, by appointment only.
2. Please wait in your car, we will call you when we are ready for you.
3. You MUST have a mask on in order to enter the salon
4. Please sanitize your hands once you enter the salon.
5. We will be wearing masks all day and face shields when needed.
6. We will take our temperatures when we arrive at work and we may take yours.
7. We will stay home if we are not well, have a fever or have been in contact with someone who has Covid-19.
8. The salon has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
9. We clean and sanitize after every client.
10. You will only be in contact with your stylist from the beginning to the end of your visit.
11. There will be two meters between clients.
12. We will be limiting the number of people in the salon at one time.
13. We are all barbicide certified as well as Beautysafe certified.
14.We will be doing our best to run on time for you but with all the new sanitizing that we have to do, we might be running behind. Please have patience with us

Salon Etiquette
Please arrive at the time of your appointment and wait in your car until you are called to come in. We now require that you wear a mask upon entering the salon and please sanitize your hands. We ask that you have no quests with you as they will not be allowed in the salon. If you are running behind or need to make changes to your appointment please call us, your stylist will do their best to accommodate late appointments, however your service may be shortened so they are on time for the next client arriving.
If you are sick or "getting over a cold", been around anyone with Covid-19 or looking after someone who is sick please call and reschedule your appointment. We work closely with our clients and don't want to get sick and infect other people.
Please put your phone on silent and if you must take a call please no speaker phone in the salon for the comfort of everybody.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Please give 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment without contacting us, we will no longer book appointments for you and you must try the day of to get in to see your stylists.
